Prisons should not be luxury hotels...You committ the crime, you do the time. And it should be HARD time. Our prisons in America are way too easy on inmates and death row is a joke. Why are we spending so much money each year to keep these criminals on death row alive? It only takes a few minutes to kill them. We could be done with all of them in a day or two! They are convicted to die for terrible and HORRIBLE crimes against innocent people..many of them little helpless children...so they should DIE. Why does it take so long to carry out the sentence?! Our tax dollars could go to much better use such as helping the law abiding poor people in our country then to furnish these evil people with luxuries such as cable television (that I can't even afford). If we started carrying out these death sentences there would be less criminals. Prison should be a horrible place that no one wants to go to! Let's focus on the victims and their families more and NOT on the criminal's human rights. It makes me sick! I think most prisons are around for a reason.
